Sustainably made from Corten steel
Our Products are made of Corten steel, characterized by the industrial rust color.
Cortel steel stands for: COR (corrosion resistant: corrosion resistant) and TEN (tensile strength), which means that this type of steel rusts extra quickly on the outside, so that the core of the steel is, as it were, “protected” and can no longer oxidize, and is therefore very durable.
You will receive the Braai unoxidized and over time it will rust (this can take at least a year). Pay attention to rust stains on your terrace and the like, it is advised to put something under it. If the Braai is completely rusted, it will not leave any rust moisture and therefore no stains.
