•  The shipping costs are €7,95 for total order values ​​under €150. 
•  Above €150, shipping is free.
• Shipments within these countries are delivered by PostNL, DHL or DPD.

When does the delivery take place?

Delivery takes place from Monday to Saturday. With the shipment of your order you will receive a confirmation email with a track and trace number, so that you can check the current status of your order.

Delivery time and availability

We do our best to process your order within 5 working days. If a product has a longer delivery time, this will be shown in the description of the relevant product page.

All our products are delivered to your home within 5 working days (Netherlands, Belgium).

Orders to all other named countries are delivered within 10 working days.

Products with the status "Available via backorder" have a longer delivery time. See delivery time per brand:

– STOKED: 15 business days

– The Windmill: 10 working days

– Coal King: 10 working days

– The Fire Master: n/a

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including any shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. See heading "Calculation of return costs” below for the return costs that apply to you. 

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned. 

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@stokedbbq.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.”

Calculation of return costs

We calculate the return costs based on the purchase amount of the item to be returned:

The return costs for The Netherlands and Belgium are equivalent to the shipping costs of “Countries (Group 3) shown above.

The return costs for all other named countries are equal to the shipping costs mentioned above.

Of course we do not charge return costs when it concerns a production error or another error on our part.

Additional information

We are not responsible for shipping to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If the order cannot be delivered after several attempts and it comes back to the sender, we will refund the money minus the shipping costs or resend and charge new shipping costs. So always check carefully when your order arrives via the track and trace in the email.
